For private residents and landlords we offer a range of maintenance services to help keep your property in top condition.
Work can be on a pro-active or re-active basis depending on your needs.
Concierge.
For landlords/shops/offices we can provide a light touch concierge provision, conducting regular scheduled checks or an on call service as required.
This can cover a wide spectrum of activities from external/internal cleaning and gardening, through to practical repairs such as changing light bulbs, repairing locks and minor re-decoration.
We can tailor any activity to your needs.
Handyman.
We can also provide a more traditional handyman service offering minor repairs and fixes inside and outside of the home or office.
This includes the installation/checking of battery powered smoke or carbon monoxide alarms for remote landlords, through to re-decoration and repairs at the end of tenancy.
The removal of rubbish/clearance can also be arranged.
Gardening.
As a one off, or regular scheduled visits we can provide a range of garden maintenance services.
Be it hedge trimming or tree pruning, lawn mowing, clearing back overgrown shrubs or cleaning patios we have plenty of experience carrying out this work.
Pricing.
Whilst the exact price will depend on your requirements, our hourly rate for property maintenance starts from £25 per hour.
